After up to date the BitPay APP, I logged again in, and my bitcoin has a zero stability. I’ve the 12 restoration phrases. However when getting into these phrases, a message pop up “One thing went improper, Invalid backup” Unusual, I’ve written down so as even backup! So, now I’ve misplaced my Bitcoin fund. What’s bizarre with the 2 pockets IDs I’ve created. Considered one of them was capable of get better with 12 key phrases however the others can’t. I’ve reached out to BitPay help/assist, however no reply from them. Why is it my 12 restoration phrases will not be working??
